Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse
Crisis Care Team

This is a shift-work position providing continuous care nursing and other LPN duties as assigned. Qualified applicants must be eligible for licensure in Ohio and West Virginia and have at least 1 year of patient care experience. Hospice or home health experience preferred. This position works 8am – 8pm and 8pm – 8am, 3 twelve hour shifts.

Advanced Practice Nurse

Valley Hospice is seeking an Advanced Practice Nurse for our Palliative Care consultation service.  The position offers an opportunity to work independently.  Must be a graduate of an NLN approved school of nursing.  MSN/APN certification required.   Paid time off for qualifying educational conferences. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.  Must be eligible for licensure in Ohio and West Virginia.

Certified Nusing Assistant

We have positions in our Southern service area and Northern Service area working for our Nursing Facility Teams.  Choice of 10 hour or 8 hour days after orientation.  Experience helpful.
